Service:
HEFCOM aims to carry out repairs as quickly as possible on site. In some cases, this is not possible on site. In that case, HEFCOM can provide a replacement machine for the duration of the repair.
Maintenance:
The HEFCOM maintenance programme comprises at least one maintenance inspection (service) per year. This maintenance inspection includes cleaning, full inspection, replacement of filters and, where necessary, changing of the hydraulic fluid. On request, HEFCOM can also carry out preventative maintenance. HEFCOM always aims to carry out the maintenance inspection and technical approval at the same time, with a view to restricting machine down time.
